I have gotten my engagement ring, my wedding ring and my eternity ring all from here (along with many other purchases over the years) wonderful service every time and the staff in store always remember us when we visit. My 1st stop every time I come from Scotland to NYC.

Across the street from my office...my go-to place for watch and jewelry repair. The staff is amazing, and the personal customer service is unique in such a busy, touristy neighborhood. They have beautiful fine jewelry, and are also an authorized Pandora dealer. They have wonderful markdowns, and sales, and are usually willing to negotiate. Shout out to Pat & Raquelle! Can't wait to get my smoky Quartz!

We visited the store across from Macy's after a bad experience with the Pandora shop, and the customer service from Alan & Samba was fantastic, lovely people, friendly & welcoming, totally the opposite to the Pandora store around the corner. We returned a few days later for more purchases, and will def be back on our next visit to NYC! Thank you Alan & Samba!

Excellent service & value for money. This was our 3rd purchase from Diamonds & Dials & no doubt we will be back for more. Estelle (I think the ladies name is, apologies if I'm wrong) really took the time to help us pick the right diamond wedding band to compliment the engagement ring we bought from her a couple of years ago. We had the pleasure of purchasing 2 beautiful rings for our 25th Wedding Anniversay in Sept 14 (while visiting NY from Australia ) There was a mishap with my ring in August 2015 and i cannot thank Pat enough for the way that it was dealt with. 1st class after sales service and communication. 5 star is simply not high enough!
