A stone fell out of my engagement ring. I've contacted the jeweler twice. No response. I'm willing to pay to have it fixed. I just want the original jeweler to do the work.
Ring was supposed to be repaired was provided with a return label, but lost all communication following. Going 10 week, despite many email, and phone calls I have no received any response. Glad I didn't get the 2500$ option and went with the cheaper of the two given this is the quality of craftsmanship. And the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks for being the smear on my engagement.
