I don't understand how Ramon Valencia with diamondback collision has four stars it has to be fake. Check out archives on kgun 9 on your side. To this day the hood on my car still will not shut because he lied and put an aftermarket hood on and I was just told recently by the dealership that everything was screwed up in the hood will never close on my car they've got it rigged where I have to drop it 2 ft for to even catch
Had a Chevy spark sent in by him. Got in a wreck had him tow it to his shop to get work done. We took out a loan with snap finance and he hasn't shown us he did any work whatsoever. He refused to give us an itemized receipt from.what he took from the snap finance and hasn't returned any phone calls. He is literally just a scam artist. He will take your money not do any work and make excuses not to get things done. Worst shop in all of tucson. We will be filing a lawsuit with the courts and taking him for every penny
Don’t use this shop they get the money from insurance and don’t fix the cars
I took my car since 2023 and I have not gotten any response. I go and the owner is never around.. waiting for my lawyer so I can take action.. one of the workers told us the company is moving to casa grande.. will see what we can do .
