The AC went out on Tuesday and it was 106 degrees. We called up Diamondback and they were there that day. They had it fixed the NEXT DAY! We live in Ajo, miles from anywhere and so being able to get something that big fixed in a day is amazing. Good job Diamondback!
My AC went out on Saturday. I called Goettl who said that my unit needed to be replaced for $12,000. I don't have the funds or credit to pay that. I called John at about 2:30 on Monday because I saw that he did no credit replacement. John was here at 3:10. Amazing. John went through and was able to fix the issue charging only $500. John saved me over $11,500!!!! My AC is working, and it's already 25 degrees cooler in my condo. DON'T GO WITH THE BIG NAME GUYS!!! Call John. He was amazing from first call to repair.
John did an excellent work fixing wire problem of our AC unit. We’re satisfied with his tram’s work!
Had an appt for them to come and give me an estimate.never showed or called. When my father called for them to call they were very rude. I guess they don't need my money. Will never call them again.
