Get a second opinion on a major repair. I'm trying to clarify something that Brian told me that contradicted with a couple other GREAT shops in town (Cox and Outlaw Offroad) and this is the 3rd day with the 3rd attempt to talk to him without a phone call back ... so sad and disappointing!!
