Tint and other things... I have been a Diamond Auto customer since 06. I don't know what everyone else is talking about, but I think Diamond is great. While they're work takes a while, the results are nothing but exceptional and always worth the wait. If it is not to your expectations, they are more than willing to fix it no questions asked. DO NOT DO IT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTIES!!! I purchased some of the reflective tint for a Honda Accord I purchased 3-4 years ago. About August or September of '08 I called them to ask what could be done because it started to bubble up very bad. I spoke to who I now know is the owner, Ron.
Pleasant experience I looked around town pricing tint. I found that the staff at Diamond knew thier stuff! They were professional and very helpful. They have a machine that cuts the tint for your vehicle perfectly. I was very impressed with my experience with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very professional We stopped by Diamond Window Tint in Fayetteville, NC to see if we could get advice on what type of window tint to use in our car. Mr. Ron Bacani, the owner, suggested that we try the new 3M Crystalline Window Tint. He spent a long time explaining the technology and benefits of this new 3M product in detail and admitted that he had installed this type of window tint in only one other vehicle. Worse service around I had to go back 3 times to get them to do my tint and there are still air bubbles in the driver's side and passenger windows. Their professionalism was complete crap. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants at least minimal quality. it is mind boggling that this place is still in business.
alright place I went here and the people were really great. They asked all of the right questions and were very helpful in answering my own. I really enjoyed talking to the employees. I think their work place is very clean and organized.
