Worse experience with a business ever A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!! I went to have my tint taken off my car to get it inspected and then wanted it put back on. I used them previously to do the tint and was very satisfied but this time it was a horrible job done. They had my car for 12 hours and my car is a mess. Great Experience I've been a customer of Diamond AutoSport for several years now. I have always been pleased with their products and services and that has kept me coming back. I went in the other day to get my new Lexus tinted and saw that the business is now under new ownership. At first I was nervous but after my time there I am happier than ever! Nope Bought some halo led's for my 2008 bmw on April 17 2012. Took a month a half to get back to me when i was told it would take 15 business days. When they got them 3 of the led's didnt work, my light casing was scratched pretty deep on both sets and there was dirt and mud on the inside. Had to send it back to the company for repairs. Another month passed and i finally got them back again. This time the casing was completly broken. AMAZING Ok so this really should be a 10 star rating since this is really 2 reviews one for me and one for my wifes car... Not only did both of us get our tint done by Kyle which was AMAZING..... But Todd work on my Truck YOU! will never see another Suzuki Equator out there like mine. Reason cause of Todd that guy can turn your piece of sh*t car into a vagina magnet.... Look No Further! They're GREAT! Spent a lot of time looking for a tint shop for my 2007 BMW and my wife's Toyota Corolla and we needed someone who knew what they were talking about. I wanted a good warranty as well as good looking tint. I was amazed at the different amount of tint out there. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Bad Customer Service Very bad customer service.The tint that Diaomond Tinting put on my car did start to bubble.I took my vehicle back to Diamond Tint and the owner was very rude.
#1 in Fayetteville, we fix the $100 tint jobs!! I am Zack, I currently work at Diamond Autosport and have so for the past year. We have had run ins with unsatisfied customers due to their lask of knowledge about the tinting process. We are the only shop in Fayetteville/Spring Lake that take the time to clean your windows properly, have a plotter that cuts the tint to your specific car, and have the highest quality tint. Terrible!!! This place is TERRIBLE........... I got my tint done a few months ago and it began to bubble and then took it back to fix the problem which took forever to get returned phone calls no the tint is peeling of like seriously what does it take for me to win with this company.........
