RecommendedI sold some jewelry at the Diamond Vault today. After an unreasonably long wait, Jessie and Paul were extremely kind and helpful. I appreciated their service. However the entire, rather simple, transaction took an hour and fifteen minutes. When I asked Michael about the delay, he became slightly arrogant and testy, implying that they were doing me a favor by purchasing my items. Excellent customer service (made me feel at ease and very welcomed). I wanted to purchase a gemstone for a ring that had been my grandmother's... the gem had fallen out of its setting and was lost somewhere in the Tampa airport...Jessie was wonderful to work with and she found the perfect match in size, shape and color...and well within my budget ! I highly recommend them.

Kim remembered me from 2yrs ago, and really went above and beyond to get a band shipped in from Canada to make a custom piece to match the other band, all in 4 days! I can’t say how thankful I am for everything she did. A small budget, or a big one. I can honestly say you are treated like you are their best friend!
