I would give this dealership a 0-star rating if I could! The financing department was dishonest and overcharged me after the agreed "Out the Door" price by one of the manager. Despite agreeing on an 'Out the Door' price, they misrepresented the final amount and failed to reflect my down payment correctly. Extremely bad service at the service dept...they are thieves !!....took my car for a diagnostic and they told me it was going to be $210 for the fee....****** the service advisor called me to tell me they needed more time 2 hrs ... but never told me that was going to be Xtra few ....ended up paying $630 JUST FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE , STAY AWAY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!....DMV WILL BE NOTIFIED

In 2023 my abs light and esc light came on and when I brought it to their attention I was told nothing comes up when they use the code reader. They treat their paying customers horribly. **** the service manager blamed me and my wife for having been sold a faulty car and said it was our fault that our car is not running right. He screamed over the phone and laughed at our situation.
It has been 3 months of negligence towards a finance claim from the dealerships financial managers. They tack on add-on fees to a car, and do not equip the vehicles with the add-ons you do ask and pay for. I have made multiple attempts to get a hold of a manager who not only bribed me to leave an amazing review in return to fix this issue but also pinned the fault to an innocent salesman and said Now you dont really want to have him fired do you? This is one of the shadiest businesses I have ever made a sale with.
One of the worst dealerships I have ever tried working with I’m buying a car. Receiving multiple emails saying the vehicle sale price was almost $3000 off MSRP but when I tried purchasing the CRV there was $5270 added to the price for floor mats, wheel locks, and a cheap car locating device that in total is worth about $500. Stay away from this place at all cost unless you want to waste your time and be scammed.
My husband bought me a 2014 Honda CR V at Diamond Valley Honda and it has been a great running car, comfortable and extremely reliable. The experiences we've had with staff here have been remarkable. We've kept up on all services for our car of course and there was a time when we were given a price by the parts dept. that was at first not honored but they made it right. We will always bring our vehicles here. They are honest and trustworthy. That's hard to find these days, thank you Diamond Valley Honda.
I've purchased 5 vehicles from Diamond Valley Honda and every time I have had nothing less than a great experience. Most recently I took my wife to pick out a vehicle for our son. They treated her great and helped her pick a car without pressuring her. Will keep coming back.
Came in to looked at a used car that they have but unfortunately we did not agreed to the price that we want. The next day I counter offered them the asking price that they want plus an additional $900 plus of optional product (anti-theft device) that they put on the car. I told them that since it is an optional aftermarket product, I don't want it because I can get that in a fraction of the cost.
