Outstanding service Simply the best. Have used them several times over past eight years and always on time, polite, friendly and reasonably priced. Their customer service is outstanding. I recommend them to everyone.
Great garage door repair The technician that came to fix my garage for me was very polite courteous and did his job well. If I ever have other issues I will definitely call them back.
Will use them again We got home around 6 pm on a Thursday to find that our garage door would not close. We were very concerned that we would be able to find someone who could come out that late, but we didn't want to leave the door open all night so we called Diamond Valley Door. They were out within 2 hours and the problem was fixed immediately! I would highly recommend them to others. I know we will use them again.

Highly recommended Great company and easy to work with. I had an issue with my garage door, called them, and they came out within 2 hours. The issue was easy to fix so the technician rolled the service charge into the labor, so that saved me some money. Highly recommended!
Exceptional I called on a Friday at 4 pm and by 6 pm a technician was at my place, fixing my garage door on the spot. Other places I called either didn't call me back or told me they couldn't come out until Monday. Exceptional service!!!
Highly recommended to anyone I got a recommendation from my buddy who lives in Murrieta. I live in Rancho Bernardo so I was unsure that Brian at Diamond Valley Door and Patio could help me out. I did not have a broken garage door - but I wanted the newer garage door opener and to extend my garage door higher to hug the ceiling as opposed to loosing the 3 feet above the door.
