Friendly and professional.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I called a few weeks ago asking for some information and have never been treated with such a snide, arrogant attitude. Bill was extremely rude and seemed to undermine everything I said. He laughed at me in a "I can't believe she's so stupid" type of way more than once for asking simple questions. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone and will tell anyone who asks about my horrifying experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
First rate service. And very professional staff. Would highly recommend for all of your truck service needs. Prompt and accurate billing as well.
