This company is awfully! They will not send you what you order and purchase. They will not respond to any inquiries about the order. There is no response from customer service at all. They basically are stealing from you.
I ordered three items from DSC. They sent two. The third never shipped. Two months later I emailed customer service and no reply. Two months later I emailed again and they offered store credit for 40% of the item they never shipped!? Not that it was acceptable, but they didn't even provide a method to utilize this credit so even that was a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give them 0 stars instead of 1 I would.
Diamond Supply ** is defrauding it's customers not fulfilling orders and taking more for months and months. They are stealing peoples money.
this company sucks. bunch of thieves. customer service phone line doesn't answer and ruben and josh play games. don't buy anything from this company. wish I could het in touch with founder Nick ******* to let him know what I think of the smart clowns that work for his company.
