I am so frustrated with this company. I spoke to David mid February about ordering a pair of .33 diamond studs for my Granddaughter who was going to be 2 years old on February 28th. I was assured they would arrive on time. When they didn’t I called to ask where they were. I was told they would be there in 2 days. I would give zero stars if possible. Purchased 2.0 carat round diamond earrings that were supposed to be 2.0 and "F" in color. The earrings are no where close to "F" in color, more like "I". In that case, you could go anywhere else (Kay, Zales, Jareds, etc) and receive better service. Total scam and are into defrauding consumers. Go get your purchases checked and find out for yourself!! -- Write letters to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Federal Trade Commission, BBB, etc. DO NOT let this business get away... read more

David is the MAN! I bought a pair of earrings for my wife during Christmas in 2012 and after 3 years of using and abusing them, we were able to exchange them out without any hassles. Bravo!

I was looking for a nice diamond bracelet for my graduation present and was having a hard time finding what I wanted until a friend recommended Diamond Studs. Thanks to Diamond Studs, I found exactly what I wanted! They was so helpful and nice. They helped make a very special time in my life even more special.They listened to my needs and had the perfect bracelet for me.

Try to stay away from this company! Read the below and think twice before involve yourself into it! Awful experience: - Had issues to receive order, shipped with a different carrier (2 weeks later, wrong shipping reference provided, took 6 weeks to receive the order - I paid $80 for this 'services') - Diamonds quality wasnt even close to advertised (had zero value), have to return it back -They applied restocking fees, althrough order was returned within 7 days as per their T & C -Applied bank transfer fee ($45!!!), which is... read more
