I bough a house in Maumelle where they had replaced HVAC units last fall. They did not place them on proper pads. I was advised by city code inspector that it was not up to code. I called and told them about it. They have refused to fix. City inspector advised that they did not get a permit when they did they did the job and he advised that their license had expired. Beware if you want to do business with them.
