Called on Thursday to have them service our air conditioner. Angela answered the phone and was so nice. She got us scheduled for the next day. The owner showed us and took great care of us. Will definitely use them again. The owner even has a construction business and had someone come out Saturday to give us an estimate on some other work. Great locally owned business

I previously posted a negative rating which ended up on this account. It needed to go to Diamond State Mechanical. I am truly sorry. While the owner of Diamond State heat and air made contact with me, he ended up correcting the errors made by the other company at no charge. Now this is true honesty which is rare in today’s business ethics. Thank you Charlie. If there were more than 5 stars, you would get them.
