I wish there were words to describe how professional and compassionate my experience was at Diamond Dental! As a cancer survivor I have been through a lot unfortunately my teeth from chemotherapy has taken a toll ! A month ago I called as a new patient with a botched procedure from another Dentist Office who I’m gonna sew! The pain was so bad I hadn’t slept in two days! Recently my daughter Erika Clark had a dental emergency over a weekend and after hours .Erika was out of state. I contacted the answering service who forwarded my message immediately to Dr. Aiello. Dr Aiello returned my call within 5 mins and recommended my daughter go to an urgent care immediately and be given an antibiotic for an infection. My daughter followed through with these instructions and within a few hours was feeling better. Dr Aiello had the office manager , Elizabeth contact me later Saturday night to schedul... read more
