Pushy and rude! We have had two separate experiences at the Diamond Source in San jose. My husband went to find my engagement ring with a friend who knew the owner. The owner was friendly, went through the 3 C's of diamonds and helped him choose something I would like. Two years later I really wanted to upgrade my ring and choose my wedding band so I went back with my husband. The owner was still there, however his attitude was incredibly different than before.
