I have purchased the solar system from them, they installed it . But after electrician connected the system to the grid. I tried to call them, the phone is busy or off the hook, there cellphone no one answers… I don’t know if they are out of business maybe… I send several emails and text.. no answer..
One month ago, a representative called right back to help with a service issue. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks and no one is answering the phones. All the voice mail is full and I have received no response to my emails. Has Diamond Solar gone out of business?
DiamondSolar created super solar panels for our home. Sean was very responsive to our needs, helping us to understand how to use the app and analyzing our DWP bill for us. We truly appreciate the job his company did for us.
