I have purchased the solar system from them, they installed it . But after electrician connected the system to the grid. I tried to call them, the phone is busy or off the hook, there cellphone no one answers… I don’t know if they are out of business maybe… I send several emails and text.. no answer..
One month ago, a representative called right back to help with a service issue. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks and no one is answering the phones. All the voice mail is full and I have received no response to my emails. Has Diamond Solar gone out of business?
