I was going to install new solar system and approached Sam for a quote for roof restoration before the installation. I enquired if roof painting is really necessary and Sam is honest and advised only repairs is necessary. The quote is reasonable and his team did amazing work. The solar guy also remarked that the quality of the repairs is excellent during the solar installation.
We bought an old house with a roof that looked like it hadn't received any love since it was built. Sam & the team were super accommodating as we had multiple renovations going on at the same time, and we needed to move the schedule around a few times. The team was prompt, professional & friendly and the difference is incredible. They did a terrific job and I'm happy to say our roof is no longer standing out in our street as the old and crusty one, haha! Thanks guys.
