Had a great experience in store with Anna, however a quote was promised by the next business day. This sounded quite fast to me and my partner but we didn’t say anything. Fast forward, about a week later we hadn’t heard back on any pricing so my partner sent a follow up email just to ask for either an updated timeline or the quote itself. We had an amazing experience with Diamond Queen! I worked with them for both of my wife’s rings, and they were so easy to work with. They really listened to what she wanted, captured every detail perfectly, and made it all happen flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, custom jewelry and a seamless experience!
The worst consultation experience I had for an engagement ring. After going through several layers of security and finally sitting down, the consultant only brought a few samples. Whenever we asked about prices or other details, they kept saying they’d have to ask their team and would email us later. After just 20 minutes, they said our time was up! We visited the store in person after receiving pricing details through Instagram. When we arrived, the sales assistant told us she wasn’t sure who had messaged us and that the prices were incorrect. She also mentioned that she needed to check with their office in Italy and would get back to us within 48 hours. It’s now been over two weeks, and we haven’t heard anything. Very poor communication.
We had an appointment and it went well, staff were friendly and informative. We were told we would be contacted within 48 hours with a revised quote. 4 days later I receive a text asking to set up a call to go over the quote(this was the day before Easter long weekend). I responded asking if it could please be sent via email so my fiancée and I could review it over the long weekend… no response. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and there hasn’t even been a follow up or anything. What a waste of time. Really disappointing experience.
