My fiancé got me my engagement ring from Diamond Queen, and I'd love leave a positive review, but that would be lying. When my fiancé received the ring (he's in the US) and he called me via video chat to open it and show me, the ring literally was sent in a plastic wrap and in a shipping envelope, and ring documents, but no ring box. Had a great experience in store with Anna, however a quote was promised by the next business day. This sounded quite fast to me and my partner but we didn’t say anything. Fast forward, about a week later we hadn’t heard back on any pricing so my partner sent a follow up email just to ask for either an updated timeline or the quote itself.
