The buying process is fine, the customer support is very poor unfortunately. If that’s something you care about I cannot recommend going through them.

We had a wonderful experience here choosing our wedding bands. Diana was able to customize the band we were looking for to our exact specifications. It only took a couple weeks to be made and they were very patient with me during the process. Would definitely recommend going here rather than a People’s Jewellers or Michael Hill.
