We brought out dog in 4 different times to be seen for an ear infection that wouldn't clear up. On the fourth visit we learned that it was bacterial, after a swab was taken to look under the microscope. The vet questioned why they hadn't checked for bacteria at all yet. I don't know... You're the professional. We brought him to another vet whom saw with the naked eye that our dog has a growth in his ear and said it should've been obvious. I am very unhappy about all the office visits we've paid for for NOTHING.
Have taken my wiener dogs to them for years and would not take them anywhere else! Very gentle with my pets and always a super friendly staff. Doctor Q is the best!
We used to take our dog here until recently when he was very sick we tried to get him in and they said no appointment only without even asking what was wrong with our dog. He ended up having a staph infection from terrible allergies that I questioned a month earlier but the vet said he was to young and disregarded it well turns out he was wrong. Switched to south gate.
