Brian provided great support with creating advertisements for a vacant room in my house that is soon to be occupied! He helped with tenant screening, showings, and lease agreement. He was reliable and always responsive!! Would highly recommend!

I loved having Brian as a landlord. He was always very understanding, open with communication and intelligent with how he runs his property. If you're looking to stay in his properties and find any problems, just make sure to reach out. Sometimes he is busy and you'll have to reach out again. Since renting there, he was planning to renovate a few things and this speaks to his desire to better our home.
