My roommate and I have worked with this company for the past four years. Nancy has been our landlord and has been great. We would have stayed for longer in our apartment, but life is taking us another way. I highly recommend using Diamond Properties for your renting experience!!!
Sloppy finishing work, incomplete electrical work, after closing, multiple visits from their contractors to fix poorly finished items. Often their repair was either not to the caliber of the build, or was simply using something like spray foam. If you buy a property from these people, make sure you are meticulous and inspecting your property and making a list and holding them accountable for repairs And insisting they are done properly. I have been renting an apartment from Diamond Properties for the past 2 years. Nancy, our landlord, has made this such an amazing experience. She is easy to reach, and always makes sure that we are taken care of when there are any maintenance issues or questions that we have. She also always makes sure the apartment is up to ethical living standards, such as sending maintenance workers in every couple months to check in on our air filters, fire alarm detectors etc. Definitely would recommend!
The management has been more than helpful and accommodating. Nancy is incredibly dependable and made living here a dream! Definitely would recommend Diamond Properties to anyone in the Chicago area
If you like giving your money away, never speaking to anybody about a house rental or application, get ready to pay for an application fee but never actually speak to anybody on the phone or email or even with a cup and a string, this place wants app money and that's it, don't waste your time or your money with worthless people or businesses
