We had our home inspection done by this company once we moved in we noticed the water heater kept turning off once we looked at it we noticed it had in proper draft, no sediment trap and it being completely ripped at the bottom meaning it had been leaking gas for a while, the inspector did not even inspect it as nothing about this was written in the inspection report which is a big safety hazard for my family and now we had to buy a new water heater. To give some context: my realtor recommended them, this is our first time buying a house and of course it’s pretty stressful. Scheduling was quick 5/5, payment processing was easy 5/5, availability was within 48 hours 5/5, Wilmer (inspector) was thorough, they tested everything from electrical breaker box to notes about chips in the paint.
