UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE! SUED THEM AND WON! I had them inspect my home at the recommendation of my realtor. Everything seemed fine, they came and gave the report. I closed and moved in and started to do some light renovations. They never checked the water pressure, the PRV was bad and sending dangerous amounts of pressure through my pipes that could have flooded my home. Pre purchase inspections were done in a timely manor. My inspector was completely professional and forth coming about all the issues in the home we were going to purchase and I appreciate the thorough attention that was paid to the home I was considering. Thank you.
We had our home inspection done by this company once we moved in we noticed the water heater kept turning off once we looked at it we noticed it had in proper draft, no sediment trap and it being completely ripped at the bottom meaning it had been leaking gas for a while, the inspector did not even inspect it as nothing about this was written in the inspection report which is a big safety hazard for my family and now we had to buy a new water heater.
