I think it was great for a while- the techs are fabulous but they have refused to serve me when walking it at 6:45- or I wait for a long time just to be sat during normal hours. I think they’re great and have been coming here for years, but the lack of service is frustrating. Appointments are rarely kept on time for me as well. I think it might be time to find a new place that’s more attentive to timing.

I’ve been here a handful of times before and have always had a great experience, which is why this interaction was especially disappointing. I came in with gel on my toes, as I normally do, but this time I wanted to switch to regular polish and upgrade my pedicure to the Deluxe option. I have been to Diamond Nailz and spa and they have not done a good job at all the lady that did it was to worried about other people coming in I will never go back!!!

I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I showed up told them my name and got nothing after that. No other communication. Very unprofessional. Went to a salon down the road and got right in with a welcome and smile.
