I wanted to try a new spot. She scrubbed for my callus but got soft skin and caused me to bleed. I told her and pulled gently away. No apology and during the rest of the pedicure, you could clearly tell I was bleeding. I felt rushed off after my top coat. She said “done” and was walking to charge me but I still had the toe divider on and she didn’t even allow the blue light to finish for the top coat. Super sad this was my first experience.
Diamond Nail Salon is truly a gem. The owners are so sweet and welcoming, and the whole environment is spotless and relaxing. They are so friendly, fast, and really make you feel taken care of. James does amazing work!!!! He’s super detailed, consistent, and always gets my nails exactly how I want them. I always leave happy and I always come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails.
I always get my nails done by James, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s honestly amazing at what he does and really takes the time to understand exactly what you want. I went for a mani & pedi. Decided to take my baby and at first she was calm and then she started getting a little fussy. The staff were super nice. I loved how they turned out. Cindy was very nice! 100% recommend the salon!
