Ann did a perfect job recreating what I asked. Builder gel with a cateye French tip, something very subtle but classy. She was really friendly and attentive to detail. Throughout the process she made sure to ask if everything was fine and to my liking. Definitely recommend and I will be back.

Service quality was good. My main concern was how one nail tech spoke to me. I asked a simple question about rewards points while checking out, since I have visited many times and never see points applied. The tech became upset and raised her voice. There was a language barrier, so I asked for a manager who spoke English so I could explain the issue. I did not appreciate being spoken to rudely, especially while paying and in front of my mother.
