I have gone to this nail salon for about a year now. I've always had a great experience until this week. The guy doing my nails went a bit excessive with the filing and shaped them to look almost like claws. By the time i was done, my cuticles were so irritated and bleeding from being burned so many times. I asked the lady that rung me up if the shape could be fixed.
