Very disappointing experience at Diamond Nails. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like they didn’t want my business. I chose a pink cat-eye, but it turned out brown. I politely mentioned it to the technician, and rather than trying to fix it or offer another option, the response was essentially, “oh well.” There was no effort to make it right.
