I didn’t get her name but she is the heavy set lady. Kinda older. She cut my toe nails too low and uneven. My toe nails are slanted. I wanted white French tips but it wouldn’t have looked right with the way she messed up the cut. and the polish looks like a child did it. I took a bath and the polish is still on my skin. The slim lady did my sister toes and they were PERFECT! I will wait for her to do mine next time. Horrible! Only left 2 stars because the other lady did my sister’s really nice!
Love this salon! They were so nice and were able to do a full pedicure and gel french tip manicure in under an hour and a half!
The owner of this salon is the absolute worst‼️ I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming to Diamond Nail Salon for bonding time with my daughter, but after my recent experience, we will never be back. I called ahead to make sure my favorite nail tech, Ms. Kim, was available. She kindly told me to come in right away.
