I came in to get a pedicure before surgery. Since I'm having surgery, I couldn't have polish. I was in the chair for approximately 15-20 minutes and was still charged the full $25! That's ridiculous!!! I have never payed full price at any other nail salon if I didn't get the full service. I will not be back.
I used to like this place but I was there yesterday and didn't like it. Half of their employees were on vacation, first of all. Yesterday was the second time I've been there this week. I had to walk out Friday because it was too busy. I waited an hour to be seen yesterday. I think it was the owner that did my nails. He was kind of hateful and very forceful with my hands. Great place to go. All staff were so nice and friendly, even after I stubbed a toe and she had to fix it. Bad me !😯
Got my nails done today for graduation on Saturday did normal housework and already peeling and chipping! I think I could have done a better job! To say I am disappointed is a understatement! NEVER GOING BACK!
Gave my sister and two sons the gift of a pedicure. My boys loved it! I told my sister when we left that we received great care! Although they were busy as bees they still concentrated on taking care of us and did not try to hurry up to finish quickly. Great customer service!
Friendly service and clean salon. Always a nice manicure.
