Did not like my experience at all today! I came in as a walk in to remove my acrylic nails. A lady in her 50s with tattooed eyebrows attended me and she was not pleasant to be around. I tried asking questions/making conversation and she would not respond back. When I told her she was hurting me she continued to file my nails even more. An elderly lady tried diffusing the situation but at that point I was over it. Please have nail techs that are competent enough to remove acrylic nails without hurting the client. Do notttt sleep on Diamond Nails. Finally found a place that actually does them how I want. Actually does my cuticles so it looks perfect and clean. Oh and BTW a fill is only $35!!!!! I paid $65 a few weeks ago and had the nails separating after like 3 days. Craziness. Oh and at diamond she lotioned my hands and gave me a short little hand massage. Most places don't do that anymore. They do a halfass job and send you on your way. Super happy and this will be my new spot. Definitely give them a try!!!
