I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was terrible from start to finish. The tech kept redoing my nails several times because they weren’t coming out right, and every time I pointed out an issue, she just said “it’s okay” instead of actually fixing it properly. It definitely wasn’t okay. While my nails were drying, she started giving me dirty looks and even raised her voice at me, blaming me for moving my hands too much — which I wasn’t.
