My appointment was at 4pm, but they overbooked, so I waited 40 minutes. I had a reservation for two girls to get summer-themed gel nail designs, and I was told they could definitely do it. But when I asked them about it, they got upset and acted really uncomfortable with the girls. They should've told us they could do it for teens. not professional and rude staff.
