Very horrible experience . Did acrylic gel on my real nails . I explained u just wanted a thin layer of acrylic and my nails are very bulky and thick and second time polish job was very sloppy by cuticle . I explained to nail tech and her response is don’t come here no more find some one else . Well never go there again

Booked 3 appointments and was confirmed for 11. When we arrived the techs were all busy with their clients and one tech said she had us for 11:40. She was expecting to all 3 appointments which is ridiculous considering we had 3 appointment slots all beginning at 11. After a 25 minute wait 2 of us were able to be seen. Spent over 2 hours here waiting for the third appointment to finish up. Upon the wait we even noticed a roach by the dryers. Really disappointing to say the least.

I came in for acrylic manicure and a gel pedicure with my sister and first off the worker couldn’t do the star designs l wanted for my birthday and then proceeded to say that l was being difficult because l wanted a design of the star and 3 different colors that she “couldn’t” do. I ask what designs she can do and she doesn’t respond so l had to ask for simple lines that l didn’t want. Second my pedicure was peeling as soon as l got home and she never touched up the sides with polish as if no one was going to see the sides. ... read more
