Worst pedicure experience in McKinney in 15 years living here. Rude staff and terrible service. Don’t bother making an appointment, it means nothing. Had an appointment, after 40 mins I went to the front to see if they forgot us. They said they were coming “right now” and still took another 20 minutes. The technicians talked loudly amongst themselves the whole time. Overly aggressive with the pedicure tools. Not relaxing at all. No plexiglass barriers like other salons either. Never again!
The quality of service has significantly declined especially with what they charge. I hadn't been there in a while bc I found a place with better rates but, since they had a 40 minute wait time last Sunday, I decided to try Diamond Nails again. Wish I hadn't. My dip nails don't look nearly as good as they have when I get them done at the other establishment. $85 wasted.
Love this place been going here for 3 years ever since I moved to Texas from Florida.
Tom gives the best pedicures!
Always call and make an appointment with Cici, she does a great job, never disappoints.
