Not taking care of guest when they’ve paid good money to be there.
I can’t recommend a place that won’t fully take care of their guests.
This was the first vacation with my family since before our son was born. He is now 9. We planned the trip meticulously. The first night the power went out and also there was no plumbing with electricity out. There was a storm, so I let it go. Stuff happens. The power was out 9-10 hours and we had to throw the food away we brought. When I told someone at the company, they asked, “you’re food really went bad that quickly?” My son has special needs and is immunocompromised. This was something we could not risk. Stayed in Lazy Bear Den this time. Amazing cabin. Super clean, exactly as described on website, with accurate pictures. 2 bedroom on 2 separate floors with king beds and own bathrooms, shower/tub combos. Lots of pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, Microwave, blender, toaster, silverware, washer/dryer. Charcoal grill on the lower screened in porch, with table and chairs and hot tub.
