We were extremely surprised to see how fast the owner personally reached out to us and made an effort to go above and beyond a responsibility of customer satisfaction. This alone, brings a completely different on my entire experience. We certainly didn't expect, anyone to reach out especially, not this quick. Ron was so much help! I had bad credit and my income wasn't to good and he got me approved! But a week later my check engine light came on and I took it to the mechanic and Ron ended up giving me a loaner while their mechanic fixed my transmission.
I was looking a car all day. Me and my parents left house going many diffrent dealerships. And honestly most of them either wouldnt give me a car or wanted a pretty high down payment. And i was ready to call a quits when my mom told me about this dealership. I called it was a little after closing hours and Ron one of the worker comes back from heading home to help us out. Diamond Motorcars was an absolute dream to work with. Sergio and his staff did everything and more to make my new car possible. Without them I would not be driving a BMW. Not only did they make that possible but sergio fixed anything that I noticed needed fixing after 3 weeks of driving it around! Thanks so much guys! AWESOME place to buy car, I had challenged credit Been turned down everywhere, basically lost hope . But found this place, very professional, not pushy , Sergio and Ron are the BEST!!! They found me car AND were able to finance me to give me fresh start to build my credit , Ron is very personable and pleasure to work with. Sergio is also great and pAtient and very helpful .
