This is a great spot for those doing a course at Georgian. See if you can get a special student rate. The rooms are serviceable and mine had a small kitchenette. The stove was non functional in mine, so if you plane to use the kitchen make sure you mention it when you book so they can be sure to get you a functional one. Came with a microwave, 2 stove burners (non functional in my room), some basic pot/pan/cutlery/plates/bowels, mini-fridge and a sink. Walking distance to Georgian.

Disgusting motel with an owner in denial that his motel is Disgusting. I don't know if renovations will even fix the smell. More like the place needs to be demolished or condemned. My family's nightmare began and ended when we were staying here, allergies were definitely triggered. The washroom had black mold and you felt dirtier after taking a shower! Absolutely disgusting and filthy. The owner creeps at night looking inside from the window!!

Perfect motel if you like to park right in front of your room. Rooms as nice and functional with a sink for washing dishes. There are 2 BBQs available. The fridges have a freezer. My room had new wood flooring. An economical place to stay and would be ideal for a contractor staying for the week.
