I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I confirmed delivery for July 4th between 3pm–6pm multiple times and was promised a one-hour call before arrival. Not only did no one ever call or show up, but I had to be the one to reach out no proactive communication whatsoever. Because I trusted their word, I missed my hair appointment, had to push my flight, and pay additional fees. First if I could give negative stars I would. This store this company is the true definition of predatory lending. I knew I wasn’t getting the best items but what they showed me is not what I got. The items seem to be cardboard wrapped in fabric. The items we discussed and I orderd was not in stock and they waited to delivery day to mention it although I ordered over month before and they solutions was to send me someone else furniture or furniture they picked out for me and was surprised when I didn’t take it. Honestly wouldn't give this business any stars. 2 months prior to needing my furniture I went in the pick out my furniture. I was approved to get furniture and told everything was good. Called to verify delivery date a d was told it canbe delivery on the date and that they didn't have all the stuff I picked out. They screen texts , don't answer my call, and shift me from person to person. I finally get the furniture and the Chester drawer is broken. No replacement still waiting on that.
