Moving from DC to Dallas was a lot in itself and looking for furniture was becoming overwhelming. I found Diamond Modern Furniture online and was able to contact Tatiana for a time to meet. The store was not open after 8pm so I had to plan a time to come earlier. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I confirmed delivery for July 4th between 3pm–6pm multiple times and was promised a one-hour call before arrival. Not only did no one ever call or show up, but I had to be the one to reach out no proactive communication whatsoever. Because I trusted their word, I missed my hair appointment, had to push my flight, and pay additional fees.
