Con- shared room so noise can be a factor. So I do apologize to the lady and her son next to me for snoring 😂 i kfto! Pros- front desk was nice and Sam was GREAT! Most places have a routine per package. But Sam actually pinpointed what was needed without saying a word. So as a blue collar worker and someone who lives a very active lifestyle I can appreciate the gesture. Ready to run a marathon 💪 5 stars definitely! 🫡 To Sam. Thank you

This was, without a doubt, the worst massage I have ever had in my life. I honestly don’t think the person who worked on me had a single clue what they were doing. Instead of actually massaging muscles like a trained professional, she spent the entire time pressing directly on my spine—yes, the literal backbone that everyone with basic common sense knows you’re NOT supposed to massage.
