Diamond Lawns is very unprofessional. Both their manager Jeff and the service person Kelly DO NOT follow through, they schedule appointments and then don't show up. They really could care less about having another customer. Given the hassle of just simply trying to get a quote to START lawn service, I can only imagine how horrible it would actually be to depend on them to care for my landscape needs.
