terrible customer service after the purchase they are happy to take your money at the sale but wont help you with your warranty the sales guy royal couldn't seem to answer and questions about the trailers i was looking at the time of the sale the lot guy did most of that for him and when I came to dealing with the warranty he was a complete jerk I went down there after what I thought was enough research into the quality of dealer they were but I was wrong they had good prices but I definitely got what I paid for 7 months aft... read more

no communication, total disregard to answering simple questions
They could improve by keeping their word. A little integrity goes a long way.
Horrible customer service. Make sure you do a really close inspection on your trailer before you take it off their lot because they will not honor any factory defects afterwards. In fact they will not even bother to call you back.. Get everything in writing...
