I bought a Honda SUV that I've been totally pleased with. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Nathan was very professional but not pushy. Nathan's sister Nicole was also very nice. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nathan's dad and again, so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a family owned business and they are definitely good people :-)
I'm surprised at the low reviews as well. I enjoyed my experience with this company and would buy from them again. One of the reasons I felt good about using this company was their professional responses to internet complaints. Because they're small, they care about EVERY client's business, not just the high dollar ones. You won't find that at all our huge car dealerships in the area. My daughter bought a vehicle from Diamond K Motors and didn't research about the kind of vehicle it was. We took it back to Diamond K Motors after a couple of days and although he didn't have to, Nate traded it back and she purchased a Ford Edge with great leather seats that she loves. I came to to yellow pages to give my reviews on Diamond K motors and i could not believe what i read. They were honest and upfront with me. It was the first time i went to a dealership and did not have to do a bunch of back and forth with price. The sales manager was honest and upfront with me and everyone there was extremely helpful. It was easy and fast. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free experience!
I purchased a car that had been repaired improperly with silicone sealant. the car burns oil severely. VW dealer had to repair and clean and reed the bad work. 1600 dollars. paid 7800 for car. Diamondk Manager refused any help or to take back car. Had II known its condition I would not have purchased . WE were told we were out of luck. The car now needs a new engine 7700 dollars. It is not repairable.
awful please everyone beware they took my young daughter 9000 for a car that is cant even drive ..
