Had my 11 Rav4 for ~a month/~1200 miles, so far so good and only minor issues since taking delivery. Bob and Saul were great to work with.
UPDATE..I initially posted a complaint against Diamond Jim's however I must say they dealt with my issue and re- imbursed me to my complete satisfaction MY faith is restored. Thank you for doing the right thing!!! I'll be back to buy or sell a car at Diamond Jim's!!
BUYer BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy any car from this dealership as they are not to be trusted! Last year they sold me a Ford Explorer that had a defective exhaust system. Unbeknownst to me, they either had the exhaust pipes wrapped or they passed their vehicle inspection as checked without replacing the pipes as they should have. Needless to say, I will never buy another car from this dealership as they are not to be trusted!
