Great deal, pleasant people, creative designer – I went there after a friend refered me, with several loose stones that had sentimental value. I didn't know what I wanted to do with them and the designer there came up with an exquite piece using all the stones I brought and the purchase of one small diamond. Now I have a beautiful, unique pendant that not only means a lot to me, but I spent very little money to get it. I get so many compliments when I wear it. Wish they had a store in San Diego County.
Avoid This Place – My girlfriend and I decided to see what they have in the way of engagement rings. We didn't find anything we liked and the person waiting on us was not friendly and didn't smile the whole time. We ended up going to the Los Angeles jewelry district up north. We had an endless choice of jewelers like there were hundreds of them and we found exactly what we were looking for. We got a great deal on a 1 carat diamond ring.
crooks and thieves! DO NOT BUY HERE! – short version: they sold us a diamond that did not match the certification they gave us to go with it. We paid for 1.02 carats, SI1 clarity and D in color and the stone they gave us (as appraised by an independant gemologist) was .91 carats, SI2 clarity, and H-I in color. Do not use jewelry exchange anywhere.. – i ordered a 1/2 carat ring for my wife on Saturday the 20th of December 2008..the lady never called me to let me know that my ring was not coming due to a recalled diamond..and then tried to up the price on a diamond to replace what was recalled i said no due to having to deal with these people...and now i cant seem to get them to refund the money back to my credit card...the order was only placed and not delivered..so now i sit and wait for my money to be refunded to my card or the p... read more

great prices – I love the Jewelry exchange in tustin there are a lot of great diamonds for impecable prices. I havent seen beautiful diamonds for this price anywhere else. I went in and was immediately helped and served coffee. I felt very comfortable and not like i was being pressure into jus buying anything. The Jewelry Exchange Tustin – Thank you for all the reviews, mostly negative...You saved me the gas money and the aggravation of going to that place. I like to hold gold in my hand. Poor quality jewelery and customer service – I have never been to such a tacky jewelyry store. You must pick a number in order to get help... no number no service! The customer service was horrible!!! There are only a few people are helping at the cases and the rest of the staff is standing around talking. The sales staff are unprofessional and very unfriendly.
