My husband shops in Diamond Jewelers a few times a year and as a Marine Mechanic he goes in dirty and looks like an unmade bed somedays!! He is always treated with the upmost respect!! This is truly a wonderful store to shop in and we thank yall for the best customer service on the island!!

Amazing store and staff! Lorrie and Daphne were such a pleasure when my Dad and I came in looking for a 40th wedding anniversary gift for my mom. It was short notice and not only was my dad able to find the perfect ring- they were able to size it and have it ready to go that day making their anniversary and surprise vow renewal absolutely perfect! I will highly recommend you always.

Just a beautiful store! The friendliest people. I broke my watch band while staying in GS. They ordered me a new one and I got it in 2 days. From the time I walked in I was treated like I was buying a Rolex. You can buy a Rolex there by the way. They called me when it came in. They put it on the watch and cleaned the watch! Great service by really nice people. The definition of southern hospitality! Thanks, ya'll.

Very nice store and very helpful clerks. This is the second year of visiting the Diamond Store while spending a few winter months in the Orange Beach community. I have always found the perfect charm for my Pandora. Today I bought the aqua seahorse, lovely!
