Ashley is the best! Had to take out 3 piercing for a test, and she put in glass retainers for me. While I went for my test, she kept my studs and hoops and soaked them until I returned for her to put them back in. I really appreciate her care and concern during this time. I will always come back to her for any new piercings or after care in the future. Thanks, Ashley!!

They have a nice selection of jewelry and were able to accept doing my piercing really quickly, even though I was a walk-in on the weekend. They were very kind and attentive.

I got four lobe piercings done here in March. I was quoted around 200 over the phone. Once everything was done I paid close to $500. 3/4 of my earrings were the cheapest grade titanium. The fourth was gold, I was told that was the reason for the huge price jump. I understand this, but the price doesn’t match the quality. Today - I realized the earring in my second hole, on my right side was stuck. The stud was stuck under my skin and the hole had started to close over it. Love the decor/style inside the shop and they have awesome Jewelry. Took my daughter here for her 17th birthday to get her Helix pierced. Diamond in the rough has professional staff and I definitely would recommend based on my experience!
