RecommendedI’ve traveled a lot and have stayed in many different types of hotels. The most important thing for me with any hotel is safety and cleanliness. This one was excellently cleaned and we felt very safe. They have done a nice job renovating the hotel. We could smell the new wood smell as soon as we opened the door to the room. Loved it! Very clean, comfortable beds, awesome indoor pool and sauna. Staff was nice, and check in and check out was quick and easy.
Me and my husband are always very weird about hotel. But we booked a room here It’s was very clean Didn’t give my room away even though we were very late! Very nice girls at the Service desk! I highly recommend this hotel
No internet Saturday April 5th or Sunday April 6th for our stay and when I complained about it I was told I would get a call back from the manager on Monday. I called back on Tuesday and they asked for my email address and was told the manager would email me. Here it is May 13th and still no one has contacted me. Very Poor at communication.
I stayed here with my cousins in late August 2018. We had one of the Two-Room Family Suites and the rooms were very clean! New furniture, bed spreads, etc. We really enjoyed the Chula Vista passes! Can't wait for our next stay!
