I’ve used Diamond Heating for years , they installed my furnace when I built our home . Over the years the price of doing business with them changed a bit much . DH charges nearly $200 just to come to your home and that does not include the repairs needed .
Kudos to Jim. He did maintenance on my Trane furnace and did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain things to me and showed me things about changing the filters. Places on the memory board were burnt up and he showed and explained it to me. He was not pushy about me buying a new one. After seeing it I wanted a new one. He checked to make sure they had one in stock and got me the best price. I really appreciate all your help, Jim. You are an asset to your company.
