They talk a good talk but at the end of the day, there's zero concern for patients. I had been a long-term patient and had been receiving injections to treat my headaches. These appointments happened every 90 days. In August, I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the specialty medication. Brooke is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. She is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful I found her. Plus, the location is easy to get to.
I have occasional migraines and had a wonderful experience at Diamond Headache Clinic and NP Brooke was great. She listened to my issues/ symptoms and made some recommendations based off her personal experience with migraines. I would recommend both Diamond Headache and NP Brooke to everyone no matter how small or large the symptoms.
The office is easy to find right off Patriot Blvd, which runs North/ South from Lake St to Willow, right through the middle of Glenview parallel with Waukegan and Shermer. Compass St. has a traffic signal, and is an easy 3-way intersection where it meets with Patriot Blvd. It's so close to all the shopping right on Willow between Waukegan and Shermer, so I run a lot of errands before and after my visits. I never have trouble parking either. I really like this new office.
I've been a patient of Brooke's for over a decade. Always one of the best medical experiences I've had. I call with bad news (headaches have returned), and leave with a plan. She understands and is sympathetic to all challenges involved with pain management.
