The old Glenview location was wonderful. It was quick, easy to park, and quiet. However, the new Glenview location is awful. It’s deeply tucked within Glenbrook hospital, and there’s no nearby parking. You could easily mistake the office entry for a utility closet if you aren’t paying attention. The staff are from Endeavor/NCH, and it’s clear they haven’t been given the proper information or training on this clinic. I’ve been a happy patient for 5 years at the Chicago location. My first appointment in Glenview my insurance charges me $100 to see the same PA I’ve been seeing for 2-3 years in Chicago. Since January (it’s now April) I’ve been trying to understand 1 why reception didn’t tell me that Shana Warda doesn’t accept BCBS PPO 2 Why I can’t even speak to anyone at Diamonds billing or admin at all about this! I call Endeavor billing and they’re literally “I don’t know anything about this Diamond clinic”
I saw a few different providers through Diamond Headache Clinic in Glenview before they merged with Endeavor Health and I LOVED them so much. Today was my first time going to the new location since the merge. The location is extremely difficult to find, you’ll need to give yourself plenty of time to find the suite. They talk a good talk but at the end of the day, there's zero concern for patients. I had been a long-term patient and had been receiving injections to treat my headaches. These appointments happened every 90 days. In August, I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the specialty medication. They had no explanation for why and promised I'd receive a call in a day or two, but they confirmed that the auth had been approved for the medication.
