I saw a few different providers through Diamond Headache Clinic in Glenview before they merged with Endeavor Health and I LOVED them so much. Today was my first time going to the new location since the merge. The location is extremely difficult to find, you’ll need to give yourself plenty of time to find the suite. They talk a good talk but at the end of the day, there's zero concern for patients. I had been a long-term patient and had been receiving injections to treat my headaches. These appointments happened every 90 days. In August, I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the specialty medication. They had no explanation for why and promised I'd receive a call in a day or two, but they confirmed that the auth had been approved for the medication. Brooke is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. She is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful I found her. Plus, the location is easy to get to.
I have occasional migraines and had a wonderful experience at Diamond Headache Clinic and NP Brooke was great. She listened to my issues/ symptoms and made some recommendations based off her personal experience with migraines. I would recommend both Diamond Headache and NP Brooke to everyone no matter how small or large the symptoms.
